Scrambled Spring Onion Egg Fry

img_5144This is a quick and easy side dish for rice. It is very healthy as it has spinach added to egg. The taste will be nice and surely kids will like it. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Spring onion (white part) -5
  • Green chilli -2
  • Spring onion (green part) -3tblsp
  • Eggs -2
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1/4tsp
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Chop white and green part of spring onion into small pieces
  • Beat egg well

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add green chilli and white part of spring onion and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add green part of spring onion and fry well till it gets cooked
  • Then add beaten eggs and add salt and pepper powder and mix well
  • Scrambled Spring Onion Egg Fry is now ready!!!
