Ragi Wheat Chapati

IMG_3663This is a healthy chapatti prepared with ragi flour and wheat flour. You can take this with any curry or gravy of your choice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour/Atta -1cup
  • Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour -1/2cup
  • Warm Water –1/2cup or as required
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Boil water till it gets warm

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour, ragi flour and salt and mix well and slowly add water little by little and knead it to form a dough
  • Then cover it with a wet cloth for 15minutes
  • Then divide it to equal size balls and roll it and place it on a hot tawa and cook it on both sides by applying oil
  • Ragi Wheat Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
