Prawns 65

IMG_4041This is a delicious and easy fry which goes well as a side dish with rice, biriyani and fried rice. The cleaning of prawns alone takes time but cooking can be done easily. The taste will be awesome and loved by all. Coat prawns with the masala and then you have to deep fry it.

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Marination Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Prawns -1/4kg
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -2tblsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -2tsp
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Corn flour -1/4cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder/Seeraka powder -1tsp
  • Lemon Juice -1tblsp
  • Salt -2tsp or as required
  • Oil –for deep frying

Preparation:

  • Clean prawns and wash it

Procedure:

  • Take prawns and add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, cumin powder and lemon juice and marinate it for 30minutes
  • Pour oil for deep frying
  • Add the prawns one by one and deep fry in oil and drain using paper towel
  • Prawns 65 is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
