Palak Idli

IMG_5180This is a healthy idli with palak leaves added to it. You can prepare this idli and can give it to kids and they will surely like it and it is healthy too. You can have this with any spicy chutney of your choice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Idli Batter -2cups
  • Palak leaves -3/4cup chopped
  • Salt –As required

Preparation:

  • Take palak leaves in a pan and add water to it and boil it

Procedure:

  • Take palak leaves in a pan and add water to it and boil it
  • Then take it in a blender and grind it and add it to idli batter and add salt and mix it well
  • Then pour it in an idli plate and place it in an idli cooker and cook it
  • Serve it hot with any chutney of your choice
  • Palak Idli is now ready!!!
