Raw Mango Rasam/Manga Rasam

IMG_4279This is a tasty and quick rasam which can be made easily .The tasngy taste will be very nice and it will surely be liked by all.  The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Onion -1tblsp chopped
  • Curry leaves –A spring
  • Garlic -3
  • Cumin powder/Seeraga thool -1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -1/2tsp
  • Red chilli -3
  • Raw Mango/Mangai -1/4cup
  • Coriander leaves –A spring
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Chop raw mango and put it in a mixer and extract the juice
  • Chop onion into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add red chilli, curry leaves, onion and fry
  • Then add cumin powder, coriander powder coarsely crushed and add chopped garlic and fry
  • Chop raw mango and put it in a mixer and extract the juice and add this and salt and boil
  • Then add coriander leaves and mix well
  • Manga Rasam is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
