Scrambled Egg Palak Fry

IMG_4612This is a tasty and healthy dish made with palak and eggs. It is healthy as it had the goodness of palak and eggs in it. It can be taken as a side dish with rice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Egg -1
  • Palak Leaves -1/4cup chopped
  • Green chilli -1
  • Curry leaves –A spring
  • Big onion -1
  • Pepper powder –As required
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil –1tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion and green chilli into small pieces
  • Wash and chop palak leaves into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add green chilli, curry leaves and onion and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add palak leaves and fry it till it gets cooked
  • Then add egg and add salt and pepper powder and mix well
  • Egg Palak Fry is now ready!!!
