Spring Onion Dosai

IMG_4490This is a tasty dosa with spring onion added to it. You can prepare this for breakfast and kids will surely love it. Instead of preparing normal dosa you can add spring onion and give which greatly increases the taste. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 5minutes

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter -1cup (For homemade dosa batter click here –> Click)
  • Spring onion -1/4cup (White part)
  • Spring onion -1/4cup (Green part)
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Wash well and chop green and white part of spring onion into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take dosa batter and pour it on a pan
  • Then add white part of spring onion
  • Then add green part and add oil and allow it to get cooked
  • Then flip to the other side and allow it to get cooked
  • Then take it off from the dosa pan
  • Spring Onion Dosa is now ready!!!
