IMG_4085This is an easy sweet recipe which can be made quickly. You can prepare this for any occasion like Diwali, Christmas etc. It can also be made as a quick evening snack. It tastes so heavenly that everyone loves it. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Paneer -1cup (grated)
  • Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) -1/4tin
  • Sugar -1tblsp
  • Milk Powder -1/2tblsp
  • Cardamom powder/Elachi powder/Elakai thool –A pinch
  • Pista –As required

Preparation:

  • Dip paneer in hot water for 10minutes and squeeze the water and blend it in a blender
  • Grease a tin with ghee or oil and keep ready

Procedure:

  • Take blended paneer in a bowl and add condensed milk, sugar, milk powder and cardamom powder and mix well
  • Pour this in a nonstick pan and mix well and fry for 4-5minutes

  • Then pour it on a greased tray and allow it to cool down
  • Then cut it into squares and enjoy
  • You can insert roasted pista for decoration
  • Kalakand is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
