Tomato Raita

IMG_3835This is a quick and easy raita made with tomatoes. You can take it as a side dish for biriyani, chapatti and for any other variety rice. You can make it quickly when you are in a hurry. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Tomato -1
  • Curd -1cup
  • Green chilli -1
  • Coriander leaves -2tsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder/Seeraga thool -1/4tsp
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1/4tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop tomato into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take chopped tomatoes and add curd and mix well
  • Then add green chilli, coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt and mix well
  • Tomato Raita is now ready!!!
