Raw Mango Chutney/Mangai Chutney

IMG_3480This is a tasty and tangy chutney with raw mangoes added to it. The preparation is very easy and it tastes very nice. It can be taken as a side dish with idli and dosa. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Coconut -1/2cup
  • Raw Mango/Mangai -3tblsp
  • Green chilli -2
  • Garlic -3
  • Salt –As required

Preparation:

  • Chop coconut into small pieces
  • Peel the skin from raw mango and chop it into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take chopped coconut, raw mango, green chilli, garlic and salt in a mixer and grind it till it gets smooth
  • Add some water and grind it
  • Raw Mango Chutney is now ready!!!
