Ragi Chapati/Finger Millet Chapati

IMG_3665This is a chapatti made with ragi flour. It is good for diabetic patients. You can have it with any gravy of your choice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour -1cup
  • Cumin Seeds/Seerakam -1tsp
  • Water –As required
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Take ragi flour in a bowl and sieve it if needed

Procedure:

  • Take ragi flour in a bowl
  • Add cumin seeds to it and salt and mix well
  • Then add water and oil as required and knead it to a soft dough
  • Then take a portion of it and roll it and place it on a dosa tawa and cook on both sides by applying oil or you can use chapati maker too. You can buy chapati maker online from the link below

Step by Step Procedure:
