Pearl Milllet Juice/Kambu Juice/Bajra Juice

IMG_3389This is a healthy juice which can be made easily. Millets are very healthy and we can add it in our diet. You can add in any form which you like. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Soaking Time: 8-10hours

Ingredients:

  • Pearl Millet/Kambu/Bajra -50gms
  • Jaggery -3tblsp
  • Coconut -2tblsp
  • Water -1cup

Preparation:

  • Soak Pearl millet for 8-10hours

Procedure:

  • Soak Pearl millet for 8-10hours
  • Then drain the water and take it in a mixer and add coconut and jaggery to it and grind it well by adding water
  • Then filter it and add water and mix well
  • Pearl Millet Juice is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
