Sweet Corn Fried Rice

IMG_3468This is a tasty and easy recipe with sweet corn added to it. It will be liked by children and it is healthy too. You can easily prepare this tasty fried rice when you are in a hurry. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Basmati Rice -1cup cooked (For how to cook Basmati rice click here–>Click)
  • Sweet Corn -1/2cup
  • Big onion -1
  • Biriyani leaf -1
  • Soy Sauce -1tblsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tsp
  • Carrot -1/2
  • Beans -3-5
  • Cabbage -1/4cup
  • Capsicum -1/4
  • Curd -1/4cup
  • Vinegar/Lemon juice -1tsp
  • Coriander leaves -A spring
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion and vegetables into small pieces
  • Cook Basmati Rice

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add biriyani leaf and onion and fry till it becomes golden brown in color
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Then add carrot and beans and fry
  • Add cabbage and fry
  • Add capsicum and mix well
  • Then add curd and mix it well and cover and cook till the veggies gets cooked
  • Then add sweet corn and mix well
  • Add vinegar and mix
  • Then add soy sauce and salt and mix well
  • Add coriander leaves and mix
  • Sweet Corn Fried rice is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
