Instant Ragi Dosai/Instant Finger Millet Dosai

IMG_3539This is a healthy dosa made with ragi flour. It can be done instantly and its very healthy too. It can be taken with any chutney of your choice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 5minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ragi Flour/Finger Millet Flour -1cup
  • Rice Flour -2tblsp
  • Curd/Yogurt -1/4cup
  • Water –As needed
  • Salt –As required

Preparation:

  • Take ragi flour and add rice flour, curd, salt and water and mix it without any lumps

Procedure:

  • Take ragi flour and add rice flour, curd, salt and water and mix it without any lumps
  • Take a small portion of it and pour on a dosa pan and spread it
  • Sprinkle oil on it and then flip it and cook on both sides
  • Instant Ragi Dosa is now ready!!!
