Chicken Kothu Parota

IMG_3559This is a tasty recipe which you can make with leftover parotas. The taste will be really awesome and it will surely be loved by all. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Parotas -4(For how to make parota click here –> Click)
  • Big onion -1
  • Tomato -2
  • Eggs -2
  • Chicken Salna -1cup(For chciken salna recipe clcik here –> Click)
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Coriander leaves -2tblsp
  • Salt –1 tsp or as required
  • Oil –2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Take parota and tear it into small pieces
  • Chop onion and tomato into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add tomato and mix till it becomes soft
  • Add chilli powder and salt and mix well
  • Then add eggs and mis well
  • Add parotas and mix well
  • Then add chicken salna and mix well with the parota
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well
  • If you like add chopped onion and mix well
  • Chicken Kothu Parota is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in a pan. Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown in color. Then add tomato and mix till it becomes soft
