Vegetable Cutlet

IMG_3335This is a healthy and tasty snack which will surely be loved by all. You can prepare this as a snack for kids when they come from school. The taste will be very good and so nice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Big onion -1
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Potato -1(boiled and mashed)
  • Carrot -1
  • Beans -4
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Bread Crumbs –As required
  • Egg -1
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Chop carrot and beans into small pieces and boil it
  • Boil potatoes and mash it
  • Chop onion into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • Add mashed potatoes, boiled carrot, beans and add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix well
  • Then switch off the flame and make small pieces and dip it in bread crumbs and egg and keep
  • Then fry it in oil
  • Vegetable Cutlet is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in a pan. Add onion and fry till it becomes golden brown in color. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add mashed potatoes, boiled carrot, beans and add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and mix well
