Carrot Raita

IMG_3157This is a health and quick raita made with carrots. It can be taken as side dish with biriyani, chapatti and with anything of your choice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Carrot -1
  • Curd -1cup
  • Roasted Cumin powder/Seeraka thool -1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1/4tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Grate carrot

Procedure:

  • Take curd in a bowl and beat well
  • Then add carrot, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder and salt and mix well
  • Carrot Raita is now ready!!!
