Beetroot Chapati

IMG_3079This is a tasty and healthy chapatti with beetroots added to it. You can prepare healthy chapatti like this and can give to kids. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/Atta/Wheat Flour -1cup
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Beetroot -1/4cup
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/4tsp
  • Water –As required
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Grate beetroot

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour, beetroot, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl and add water and oil and knead to form a dough
  • Take small pieces out of it and place it on a hot tawa and cook on both sides
  • Beetroot Chapati is now ready!!!
