Spring Onion Chapati

IMG_2494This is a tasty and healthy chapatti with spring onion added to it. The addition of masala and spring onion gives an extra taste to the chapatti. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/Wheat flour -1cup
  • Red chilli powder -1tblsp
  • Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
  • Spring onion -2springs (green part)
  • Salt –As required
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Slice spring onion into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it
  • Then add chopped spring onion and mix well and add water and knead it
  • Then add oil and knead together to form a dough
  • Make it into small balls and roll it and place it on a hot tawa and cook on both sides else you can use roti maker too. You can purchase roti maker from the below roti makers also:


  • Spring Onion Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
