Paneer Capsicum Fry

IMG_2559This is a tasty and healthy recipe made with paneer and capsicum. It can be taken as a side dish with rice and it’s very simple to prepare. You can easily prepare this recipe quickly when you are in a hurry. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Big onion -1
  • Paneer -1/4cup
  • Capsicum -1/4
  • Tomato -1
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder/Seeraka thool -1/4tsp
  • Garam Masala -1/2tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion and tomato into small pieces
  • Slice paneer into small cubes
  • Wash and chop capsicum into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add onion and fry
  • Add capsicum and fry
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt and mix well
  • Then add tomato and mix well
  • Add paneer and fry well with the masala
  • Paneer Capsicum Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in a pan. Add onion and fry
