Gobi Manchurian Dry

IMG_2112This is a tasty fry made with cauliflower. It can be taken with rice, fried rice and noodles. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower -1
  • Garlic -4
  • Big onion -1
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tblsp
  • Soy Sauce -1tblsp
  • Tomato Sauce -1tblsp
  • Vinegar/Lemon juice -1tsp
  • Spring Onion -2spring
  • Pepper powder -1tsp
  • Maida -2tblsp
  • Red chilli powder -1tsp
  • Corn flour -1tblsp+1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion into small pieces
  • Chop cauliflower into small florets

Procedure:

  • Take the cauliflower florets and add water, salt and turmeric powder in a pan and boil for 10minutes and drain the water and keep aside
  • Take maida, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour (1tblsp) and add water and marinate it with cauliflower for 20minutes and deep fry it one by one and keep
  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add garlic and fry
  • Then add onion and white part of spring onion and fry
  • Add soy sauce and mix well
  • Then add tomato sauce and mix well
  • Add vinegar, pepper powder and salt and mix well
  • Add corn flour (1tsp) mixed with water and boil and add fried cauliflower and mix well
  • Then add green part of spring onion and mix
  • Gobi Manchurian Dry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Take the cauliflower florets and add water, salt and turmeric powder in a pan and boil for 10minutes and drain the water and keep aside
