Gobi Capsicum Fry/Cauliflower Capsicum Fry

IMG_2849This is a simple and tasty fry made with cauliflower and capsicum. It can be taken with rice. The preparation is so simple and it tastes so nice and good. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower/Gobi -1/2
  • Capsicum -1/2
  • Cumin seeds/Seerakam -1/2tsp
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/4tsp
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Wash and chop capsicum into small pieces
  • Chop cauliflower into small florets
  • Take cauliflower in a pan and add water and boil it by adding salt and turmeric powder. Then drain the water and keep the cauliflower aside.

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add cumin seeds and cooked cauliflower and fry slightly
  • Then add chopped capsicum and fry till it gets cooked
  • Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well and fry
  • Gobi Capsicum Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
