Cabbage Beans Fry

IMG_2692This is an easy and healthy fry made with beans and cabbage. It can be taken as a side dish for rice. It requires less time to prepare and you can easily prepare this when you are in a hurry. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage/Muttai kos -1/2cup
  • Beans -1cup
  • Sambar powder -2tsp
  • Coconut -1/4cup
  • Coriander leaves –A spring
  • Green chilli -3
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

For Grinding:

  • Coconut -1/4cup
  • Green chilli -3

Grind this coarsely without adding water

Preparation:

  • Wash and chop cabbage and beans into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add beans and cabbage and cover and cook till it gets cooked
  • Then add sambar powder and salt and mix well
  • Grind coconut and green chilli coarsely without adding water and add this and mix well
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well
  • Cabbage Beans Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in a pan. Add beans and cabbage and cover and cook till it gets cooked
