Scrambled Bitter gourd Carrot Fry

IMG_0949This is a tasty and healthy recipe made with bitter gourd and carrots. It can be taken as a side dish with rice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Bitter gourd/Pavakkai -1
  • Carrot -1
  • Big Onion -1
  • Green chilli -2
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Grate bitter gourd and carrot using a grater
  • Chop big onion into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Grate bitter gourd using a grater
  • Take grated bitter gourd, carrot, green chilli and onion in a bowl and mix well
  • Pour oil in a pan and add the mixture and fry
  • Then add salt and coriander powder and mix well
  • Scrambled Bitter gourd Carrot Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Grate bitter gourd using a grater
