Mint Coriander Curry leaves Chutney/Pudhina malli kariveppilai chutney

IMG_8729This is a tasty and healthy chutney made with mint, coriander and curry leaves. It can be taken as a side dish with dosa and idli. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Big onion -1
  • Red chilli -2
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tblsp
  • Curry leaves -1/2cup
  • Mint leaves -1/2cup
  • Coriander leaves -1/2cup
  • Tamarind -1inch piece
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion into small pieces
  • Wash mint, coriander and curry leaves

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add red chilli and onion and fry
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and fry
  • Add curry leaves and fry well
  • Then add coriander leaves and fry
  • Then add mint leaves and fry till it shrinks
  • Then grind it by adding tamarind and salt
  • Mint Coriander Curry leaves Chutney is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pour oil in a pan. Add red chilli and onion and fry
