Dry Garlic Thogayal/Dry Garlic Chutney

IMG_1809This is a quick and a tasty chutney recipe. It can be taken as a side dish with idli and dosa. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 5minutes

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Coconut -1/2cup
  • Garlic -15cloves
  • Red chili powde/Milagai thool -1/2tsp
  • Tamarind -3inch piece
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop coconut into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take coconut and garlic in a mixer
  • Then add tamarind, chilli powder and salt and grind it
  • Dry Garlic Thogayal is now ready!!!
