Cabbage Capsicum Fry

IMG_2021This is a tasty and healthy fry made with capsicum and cabbage. It can be taken as a side dish with rice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Capsicum -1/2
  • Cabbage -1cup
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/4tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp +1tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop capsicum into small pieces
  • Grate cabbage

Procedure:

  • Pour 1tsp oil in a pan
  • Add capsicum and fry and keep
  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add cabbage and fry
  • Then add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  • Then add the fried capsicum and mix well
  • Cabbage Capsicum Fry is now ready!!!
