Ragi Vermicelli Idiyappam/Ragi Semiya Idiyappam

IMG_7628This is a quick and an easy breakfast recipe made with ragi vermicelli. This can be mixed with coconut gratings and jaggery and can be given to kids. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ragi Vermicelli/Ragi Semiya -1cup
  • Coconut gratings -1/4cup
  • Jaggery -1/4cup

Preparation:

  • Take ragi vermicelli and soak in water for 10minutes

Procedure:

  • Take ragi vermicelli and soak in water for 10minutes
  • Now drain the water and keep it in an idli pan and steam it for 15minutes
  • Shred it and add coconut gratings over it
  • Add jaggery and mix well or you can have with it with any curry of your choice
  • Ragi Vermicelli idiyappam is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
