Pumpkin Sesame Fry/Poosanikai Ellu Poriyal

IMG_1086This is an easy fry which you can easily prepare when you are in a hurry. It can be taken as a side dish with rice and this can be prepared easily with a few ingredients. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Yellow Pumpkin/Poosanikai -1cup
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp
  • White Sesame Seeds/Ellu/Til -2tblsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Dry fry sesame seeds and powder it
  • Chop pumpkin into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add pumpkin to it and fry
  • Then add pepper and salt to it and mix well
  • Dry fry sesame seeds and powder it and add it and mix well and fry
  • Pumpkin Sesame Fry is now ready!!!
