Grill Chicken Fry

IMG_1557This is a tasty and easy grill chicken fry which you can make at home. The preparation is also simple and tastes so nice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 50minutes

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Leg Pieces -2
  • Red chilli powder -1tblsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1tblsp
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Salt –As required
  • Lemon Juice -2tsp
  • Oil -2tblsp

Preparation:

  • Marinate chicken pieces with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice and oil for 2hours

Procedure:

  • Marinate chicken pieces with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice and oil for 2hours
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  • Select ‘Grill’ mode and place the chicken leg pieces at the top of the high rack
  • Grill it for 15minutes and apply oil slightly and turn it to the other side and grill for 15minutes
  • Then apply oil and turn it to the other side and grill for 5minutes
  • Then turn to the other side and grill for 5minutes again
  • Grill Chicken Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

IMG_6777Then turn to the other side and grill for 10minutes again. Grill Chicken Fry is now ready!!!
