Cabbage Chapati/Muttai kos roti

IMG_1504This is a healthy and tasty chapatti made with cabbage. For kids who don’t like vegetables you can mix it with chapatti and give. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/Wheat flour/Atta -1cup
  • Cabbage -1/2cup
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/4cup
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Chop cabbage into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add cabbage to it and mix well
  • Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix and add water and oil and knead to form a dough
  • Form small balls out of it and roll it and cook it on a dosa tawa and cook on both sides
  • Cabbage Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
