Vegetable Egg Omelet

IMG_0257This is a tasty and healthy egg and vegetable omelet recipe. It can be taken as a side dish with rice. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Eggs -2
  • Onion -1/4cup
  • Green chilli -2
  • Tomato -1
  • Carrot -1
  • Pepper powder/Milagu thool -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/2tsp
  • Coriander leaves –A spring
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Chop onion, green chilli and tomato into small pieces
  • Grate carrot

Procedure:

  • Take eggs in a bowl
  • Add onions to it
  • Add tomato, green chilli to it
  • Then add carrots to it
  • Add coriander leaves, pepper powder, turmeric powder rand salt to it and mix well
  • Pour oil in a pan and pour the egg vegetable mixture in it and cook on both sides
  • Vegetable Egg Omelet is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Take eggs in a bowl

IMG_0254Add coriander leaves, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well
