Rava Paniyaram/Sooji Sweet Balls/Semolina Sweet Balls

IMG_1426This is a sweet and tasty snack which can be prepared quickly. It can be done for an evening snack for kids when they come from school. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 30minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Semolina/Rava/Sooji -1cup
  • All purpose flour/Maida -1/2cup
  • Sugar -3/4cup
  • Mil k-As required
  • Cardamom powder/Elachi powder/Elakai powder –
    A pinch
  • Oil –For deep frying

Preparation:

  • Soak rava/sooji in milk for ½ an hour

Procedure:

  • Soak rava/sooji in milk for ½ an hour
  • Add maida and cardamom powder and mix well
  • Add sugar and mix well and form small balls out of it
  • Add oil in a pan for deep frying and deep fry it one by one
  • Rava Paniyaram is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
