Radish Chapati/Mullangi roti

IMG_1175This is a healthy and tasty chapati which has grated radish added to it. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/Wheat flour/Atta -1cup
  • Radish -1 grated
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1/2tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Water –As required
  • Oil -As required

Preparation:

  • Grate radish using a grater

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add grated radish, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well and add water and oil and knead to form a dough
  • Roll it into small balls and spread it and place on hot tawa and cook on both sides
  • Radish Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
