Potato Fry Using Sambar Masala

IMG_0354This is an easy dish which you can prepare very quickly when you are in a hurry. The taste will be delicious and every one will enjoy it. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes -3
  • Mustard seeds/Kadugu -2tsp
  • Curry leaves –A handful
  • Sambar powder -2tblsp
  • Rice Flour -1tblsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -2tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Pressure cook potatoes for 3whistles in high flame and in low flame for 10minutes

Procedure:

  • Pressure cook potatoes for 3whistles in high flame and in low flame for 10minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add mustard seeds and after it splutters, add curry leaves to it
  • Then add sambar powder and mix well
  • Add rice flour and salt and mix well
  • Then add cooked potatoes and mix well
  • Sambar Potato Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Pressure cook potatoes for 3whistles in high flame and in low flame for 10minutes
