Oats Halwa

IMG_9264This is a quick and tasty snack which can be made quickly with a few ingredients. The taste will be very nice and it’s healthy too. The recipe is as follows
Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Oats -1/2cup
  • Jaggery/Vallam -1/2cup
  • Water -1/2cup

Preparation:

  • Dry fry oats and keep aside

Procedure:

  • Dry fry oats and keep aside
  • Add jaggery in a pan and add water to it
  • Boil it till it reaches one string consistency
  • Add oats to it and mix well till it reaches halwa consistency
  • Oats Halwa is now ready!!!
