IMG_0551This is a crisp and tasty fish fry which goes well as a side dish for rice. The recipe is as follows
Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Marination Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

  • Fish -8-10pieces
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tblsp
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -2tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Rice flour/Arisi Maavu -2tblsp
  • Corn Flour/Choloa Maavu -2tblsp
  • Maida -2tsp
  • Besan Flour/Kadala Maavu -2tsp
  • Lemon Juice -1tblsp
  • Salt -2tsp
  • Oil –For deep frying

Preparation:

  • Wash and clean fish

Procedure:

  • Marinate fish with everything listed above except oil and keep for 30 minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan for deep frying
  • Deep fry it one by one
  • Fish 65 is now ready!!!
