Coriander Leaves Chapati/Kothamalli chapati

IMG_1047This is a tasty and easy chapati with coriander leaves added to it. The preparation in same as ordinary chapati with little variation. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour/Wheat Flour/Atta -1cup
  • Coriander leaves -1/4cup
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp
  • Water –As required
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Chop coriander leaves into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take a bowl and add wheat flour to it
  • Then add coriander leaves and salt
  • Then add chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well
  • Then add water and oil and knead to form a dough
  • Place it on a hot tawa and cook on both sides
  • Coriander leaves Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
