Apple Coconut Halwa

IMG_0955This is a simple and tasty snack made with apple. It can be done for children when they come from school. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Apple -1grated
  • Coconut gratings-1/2cup
  • Sugar -1/4cup
  • Cashew -5
  • Raisins/Kismis -7-10
  • Ghee -2tblsp

Preparation:

  • Peel the skin from apple and grate it

Procedure:

  • Pour ghee in a pan
  • Add cashews and raisins and fry
  • Then add apples and fry in low flame
  • Add coconut gratings and sugar and mix well and stir in low flame
  • Apple Coconut Halwa is now ready!!!
