Pineapple Kesari

IMG_9777This is an easy and tasty sweet recipe made with pineapples. The taste will be very nice and it will be loved by all. It can be made for an evening snack. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Rava/Sooji -12cup
  • Pine apple slices/Annachi palam -1/2cup
  • Sugar/Jaggery -3/4cup
  • Water -3/4cup
  • Ghee -3tsp
  • Cashews -2tsp
  • Kismis/Raisins -2tsp

Preparation:

  • Chop pineapple to small slices

Procedure:

  • Chop pineapple to small slices and add 3/4cup water to it and boil till it becomes soft
  • Add rava in a pan and dry roast it
  • Then add the boiled pineapple along with the water and mix well
  • Then add jaggery and mix well in low flame
  • Add 2tsp ghee and fry cashews and raisins and add it to kesari and mix well
  • Pineapple Kesari is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
