Vermicelli Milk Popsicles/Semiya Paal Ice

IMG_0342This is an easy popsicle which you can make at home. This popsicle will be loved by kids very much in these summer days. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 25minutes

Freezing Time: 10-12hours

Ingredients:

  • Semiya/Vermicelli -1/4cup
  • Milk -3cups
  • Sugar -1cup

Procedure:

  • Take vermicelli in a pan and fry
  • Add milk and boil in high flame till vermicelli gets cooked
  • Add sugar and boil in low flame for few minutes
  • Allow to cool and pour this in a popsicle mould and freeze for 10-12hours
  • Then take it out and show in running water and the popsicles will come out easily
  • Vermicelli Milk Popsicle is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:

Take vermicelli in a pan and fry
