IMG_0124This is a yummy and tasty dinner recipe for all parota lovers. It is so soft and tasty like the parota we eat at restaurants. Here is the recipe of parota

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Makes: 6parotas

Ingredients:

  • Maida -3and ½ cup
  • Egg -1
  • Warm water -1cup or as required
  • Oil -3tblsp or as required
  • Salt -1tsp

Preparation:

  • Take water and a pan and heat it slightly till it gets warm

Procedure:

  • Take maida in a bowl and add salt and egg to it and mix well
  • Then add warm water and knead it to form a dough
  • Then add oil and knead it well
  • Form small balls out of it and roll it and fold it
  • Then roll it like a circle to form layers
  • Then stretch the flour and nice layers are formed
  • Put it on a hot tawa to cook it
  • Then flip to the other side and wait till it gets cooked
  • Parota is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
