Mint Masala Dosa/Pudhina Masala Dosai

IMG_9993This is a dosa made with mint and can be had for breakfast. The preparation is same as ordinary dosa but with a slight variation. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 10minutes

Ingredients:

  • Dosa Batter -1cup(For homemade Dosa Batter click here –> Click)
  • Mint leaves -1cup
  • Chutney powder/Idli podi -1tblsp(For home made chutney powder Click here –> Click)
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1/4tsp
  • Oil –As required

Preparation:

  • Wash mint leaves and blend them in a mixer

Procedure:

  • Wash mint leaves and blend them in a mixer
  • Take dosa batter in a bowl
  • Mix the grinded mint leaves and add salt and mix well
  • Pour it in a dosa pan and sprinkle oil
  • Sprinkle chutney powder and chilli powder  at the top and cook on both sides
  • Mint Masala Dosa is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
