Meal Maker Fry/Soya Chunks Fry

IMG_8710This is a tasty and crispy fry which goes well as a side dish for rice. This meal maker is available in all departmental stores. It should be immersed in hot water before you cook it. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 25minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Mealmaker/Soyachunks -20
  • Small onion -10
  • Curry leaves –A spring
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tblsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste -2tsp(For home made ginger garlic paste click here –> Click)
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil –For deep frying

Preparation:

  • Take meal maker in a pan and add water and boil it
  • Then squeeze the water and now its cooked

Procedure:

  • Take meal maker in a pan and add water and boil it
  • Then squeeze the water and add it in a mixer
  • Then  grind it and add small onion, chilli powder, curry leaves and salt and grind it again
  • Then form small balls out of it
  • Pour oil in a pan for deep frying and deep fry it
  • Meal maker fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
