Masala Chapathi

IMG_9252This is slightly different from ordinary chapati. This will be little spicy than ordinary chapati with a nice flavor. The preparation is also the same as normal chapati with a little variation.

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour/Atta -3cups
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -1tblsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Garam Masala -2tsp
  • Water -1cup or as required
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -3tblsp or as required

Procedure:

  • Take wheat flour in a bowl and add red chilli powder to it
  • Then add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  • Then add water and knead to form a dough and add oil and knead well
  • Then form small balls out of it
  • Then roll it and put it on a hot tawa and cook on both sides
  • Masala Chapathi is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
