Ladyfingers 65/Vendakkai 65

IMG_0155This is a tasty and crisp fry made with ladyfingers. Even people who does not like ladyfingers will have this if you do. Even kids love to eat this. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 25minutes

Ingredients:

  • Ladyfingers -1/4kg
  • Rice flour/Arisi Maavu -3tblsp
  • Corn flour/Chola Maavu -1tblsp
  • Besan Flour/Kadalai Maavu -2tblsp
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -2tsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjalt thool -1tsp
  • Salt -2tsp or as needed
  • Oil –For deep frying

Preparation:

  • Chop ladyfingers into long slices and place it in kitchen towel or in newspaper

Procedure:

  • Take ladyfingers and add rice flour, corn flour, besan flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and marinate for 10minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan for deep frying
  • Deep fry them one by one
  • Ladyfingers 65 is now ready!!!
