Coconut Chutney

IMG_9784This is an easy coconut chutney which you can keep when you are in a hurry. The taste will be very nice and it goes well as a side dish for idli and dosa. The recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 10minutes

Cooking Time: 5minutes

Ingredients:

  • Coconut -1cup
  • Green chilli -2
  • Garlic -2
  • Cashews -5
  • Mustard seeds/Kadugu -1tsp
  • Curry leaves –A spring
  • Salt -1tsp
  • Oil -1tsp

Preparation:

  • Chop coconut and green chill into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Take chopped coconut, garlic, green chilli and salt in a blender
  • Blend it well by adding water
  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and pour it over the chutney
  • Coconut Chutney is now ready!!!
