Cauliflower Fry

IMG_9198This is a tasty and crispy fry made with cauliflower. This goes well as a side dish for rice. The preparation is very simple and the recipe is as follows

Preparation Time: 15minutes

Cooking Time: 15minutes

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower -1
  • Red chilli powder/Milagai thool -2tblsp
  • Turmeric powder/Manjal thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil –for deep frying

Preparation:

  • Take cauliflower and keep in boiling water for 30minutes

Procedure:

  • Take cauliflower and keep in boiling water for 30minutes
  • Then drain the water and marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15minutes
  • Pour oil in a pan for deep frying
  • Deep fry the cauliflower one by one
  • Cauliflower Fry is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
