Vegetable Kothu Chapathi

IMG_6985This is a dish which you can easily prepare when you have some left over chapatis or when there is left over vegetable curries. It is very easy to prepare for dinner or as a snack but tastes excellent. It requires only few ingredients and we can see the recipe now

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Cooking Time: 20minutes

Ingredients:

  • Chapathi -4(For chapathi recipe Click here –> Click )
  • Vegetable korma -1cup (For vegetable korma recipe click here —> Click)
  • Big Onion -1
  • Tomato -1
  • Green chilli -1
  • Coriander powder/Malli thool -2tsp
  • Cumin powder/Seeraka thool -1tsp
  • Salt -1tsp or as required
  • Oil -1tblsp or as required

Preparation:

  • Make chapatis and keep and make it into small pieces
  • If you have any vegetable korma left over you can use that
  • Chop onion, tomato and green chilli into small pieces

Procedure:

  • Pour oil in a pan
  • Add onion and green chilli and fry till onion becomes golden brown in color
  • Then add tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft
  • Then add coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well
  • Then add chapathis and mix well
  • Then add any vegetable kurma and mix well
  • Add coriander leaves and mix
  • Vegetable Kothu Chapati is now ready!!!

Step by Step Procedure:
