This is a fresh juice prepared with watermelon. In summer we have to drink a lot of fresh juice to keep the water retained in our body. This is a tasty and healthy juice prepared with water melons. Watermelons contains 92 percent of water and has many nutrients. Each juicy bite has significant levels of vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. So we can eat it raw or have fresh juices.
Preparation Time: 15minutes
- Water melon -2cups
- Sugar -2tblsp
- Cold water -1/4cup
- Remove the seeds from water melon
- Remove the seeds from water melon and add it in a mixer
- Add some cold water and blend
- Then add sugar and mix well
- Sweet watermelon juice is now ready!!!
